In the sense of an ongoing public archive, the new platform showcases more than 600 projects from over 40 years of practice along with publications, exhibitions, lectures, talks, people and news. While the content is presented in great detail and accuracy, the design of the site remains radically minimalist and beneficially functional.

Led by clarity, usability and accessibility, the design of the website manifests as an almost invisible framework smoothly guiding users from all backgrounds into the many aspects of Herzog & de Meuron's work.

We were honoured to collaborate deeply with a fantastic team at H&dM in Basel as well as our sparring partner Rasso Hilber who programmed the site.
