Towards a Shimmer on the Horizon

Inspired by Mark Fisher’s lectures on post-capitalist desire from 2016, »Towards a Shimmer on the Horizon«, an event series held at ZK/U (Center for Art and Urbanistics) in Berlin, explored dreams, ideas and narratives beyond the capitalist status quo. 
In an exercise to unlearn the habitual we loaded commercial billboards with shimmering horizons, opening a portal into a yet unknown, still distant, but imaginable future.
